Why?

1. You will not be talking to a random sales person. You will actually be speaking with me.

2. I will actually diagnose exactly what you need to do on this call and bring all my experience to your business. You WILL get thousands of dollars of value on this call...

Which is exactly why I need you to understand this

1. Filling out an app will not guarantee I talk with you. I only do a few calls a week in my free afternoons and I only reach out to about 20% of applications that I feel I can easily help.
I will reach out to you via TEXT MESSAGE if you are one of those applications.

2. I usually only talk with agents/brokers closing at least 3-4 deals per month. I occasionally make exceptions on these calls...

However if you are brand new to real estate or do not have a business closing at least 3 deals a month PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A CALL AND TAKE UP A SLOT IF YOU KNOW YOU CANT MAKE THE CALL.

This is a very high level call and meant for high performing agents/brokers.

Finally...If you do not show up for your booked call or respond to my text you will NOT get a second chance because I want you to waste my time.
